Terms and conditions giveaway
These terms and conditions are applicable to the contest organised by Apple Bee. By entering the prize draw, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions below. Apple Bee reserves the right to disqualify participants who, in its opinion, have failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. To enter, please like and comment on the Apple Bee post and share it in the Story on Instagram or timeline on Facebook. You can participate via both Facebook and Instagram. From that moment on, you have a chance to win. Please note that a non-public profile will not be visible for participation.
- The participant may enter the competition as often as he/she wishes. However, only one prize can be won per participant.
- Family members and employees of Apple Bee are not eligible to take part.
- The duration of the competition is from 1 October to 31 October 2021.
- The prize is an Apple Bee product, named the Olive Tray Table in Natural Teak worth €229. This prize is not available for purchase. The prize will be given away twice during the promotional period, once via Facebook and once via Instagram.
- Images of the prize may differ from reality.
- In order to take part, a participant must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. All other participants are excluded from participation.
- The winners will be announced by November 4th 2021 at the latest via a notification on this page of the competition and a comment under the Apple Bee competition post on social media.
- If the selected winner is unreachable, fails to collect his/her prize within four weeks of the announcement or fails to respond in time to additional questions, the prize may be withdrawn and awarded to another prize winner.
- No correspondence may be entered into regarding the results and the award of the prize.
- The prize is personal and is awarded in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or for other products or services.
- The provider, Apple Bee, will request a valid contact address from the participant (if not known) and may ask him/her to provide proof of his/her identity before awarding the prize.
The provider, Apple Bee, may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these terms and conditions during the period of the prize draw, or cease, amend or modify the prize draw for any reason whatsoever without giving reasons, and without the provider thereby incurring any liability to compensate the winner in any way. is therefore in any way liable to compensate the participant for any damage. The amendment or amendment of the prize draw will be announced by the provider in an appropriate manner publicly (via its website and the relevant social media channels).
