We gained inspiration for the Fleur at one of the many flea markets in Paris. A small Thonet-style chair betrayed its age through ‘wear and tear’ on the wickerwork. The original brown Kraft paper showed through the ecru varnish and that made the whole thing even more attractive! We applied this lived in’, 1930s charm tot he recognisably classic design and combine dit with our contemporary, weather-resistant Biculair® plastic wicker. The reulting mix of innovation and tradition has led tot he attractive look of the Fleur.

The highly detailed wickerwork of the Fleur collection has been carefully sanded down, giving the wickerwork a beautifully vintage look. In combination with the teakwood legs, which slightly point outwards, the tub chair has a romantic, yet playful look.
