You’ve posted a beautiful photo of your Apple Bee garden furniture on your social media channels and it’s been spotted by our marketing department. We would like to use your photo and to ask permission we will respond below your post. By responding to our comment with the hashtag #YesAppleBee, you give Apple Bee permission to:

– Publish your image on our website (applebee.nl).
– To use/post your image on our own social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn).
– Use your image for email marketing (newsletters) and/or future magazines.
– Use your image until you withdraw your consent. You can do this at any time by emailing us, please scroll to the ‘Withdrawing permission’ section for more information.

You get:
– Free publicity on our channels and website (applebee.nl).
– Attribution with your used photo: When we post your photo on our social media channels we will mention and/or tag your account.
– The ability to withdraw your consent at any time.

By agreeing to the above terms and conditions, you grant Apple Bee a royalty-free, non-exclusive and worldwide license to use and share your image for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your images. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have posted on your own channel and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your images. The photo remains your property at all times and permission given can be withdrawn at any time.

Have you changed your mind or would you prefer to withdraw your permission? No worries, that is possible! Just send an email to marketing@applebee.nl with the subject ‘Withdrawing permission #YesAppleBee’. We will remove your image from our online channels within 14 days. If we have used your image in one of our previous newsletters and/or magazine it is not possible to remove the image, but with the withdrawal of your permission we will not use your image in our future newsletters and/or magazine.
